Controlling an Electric BBQ Smoker — Part 2

We will finish up our project with an electric BBQ smoker, and implement a PICAXE 08M2 based smoker control/data logger that will enable us to select any target temperature we want (between 100º and 250º Fahrenheit), and effectively maintain the temperature of the smoker within a couple of degrees on either side of the target temperature.
