Somewhere around 1949 or 1950, my father gave me a Triplett VOM and showed me some of the basics of using it. This was the starting point for a learning experience that continues today. Every experimenter, hobbyist, or professional has to start somewhere. And, that is what this series of articles is all about. For the next several months, we will be looking at some of the basics of electronics....
