FPGAs for the Hobbyist: NTSC Shield

If you have read my previous Nuts & Volts articles in the FPGAs for the Hobbyist series, you already know that I’m a big fan of Embedded Micro’s Mojo V3 FPGA Development Board. Embedded Micro offers a handful of expansion shields for the Mojo V3. However, at the time I wrote this article, there was no video shield available. Well, I don’t know about you, but that sounded like a great project to me! So, let’s go on a journey to design a video shield for the Mojo V3.
